I'm working on a take-home problem for a protein engineering course and need to use the Glucosidase file. The Ctrl-Alt-Shift-A command file does exactly nothing. I'm running a Mac, OSX 10.10.5 (Yosemite). Any thoughts as to what may be going wrong? I've tried all of the usual tricks (restarted the program, restarted the machine, etc…)

Hi cpthrash, if you downloaded Foldit from this website (http://fold.it), you have a version that is unable to load custom files.
If this is related to a course assignment, I would clarify the assignment with your course instructor. Perhaps they meant to provide a different version of the Foldit software.
