What happened to constrained T0421?

I'm referring to http://fold.it/portal/node/279643

First, it gives unusually high stabilization score. And when I wiggle the backbone, it folds itself into strange structure – it tends to be self-colliding so that I don't get the idea why it is getting higher score. I don't feel like I manage to fold it, but rather the tools does that for me in the way I can't understand.

Any idea?

Conventional wisdom has it that this one is bugged, but the developers haven't confirmed or denied it in so many words.
