Okay. So I'm writing a paper on this for my Theory of Knowledge class and my question is, "How does the format of a game make a topic more approachable, and what is it about a gamer's approach that makes it more affective than the use of other scientific methods?" If you guys can help me with this in addition to helping the world by fighting disease, I'd love that very much.
My basic thought here is, did the scientific method inhibit the scientists in their approach to this, or did the gamers (you guys) use the scientific method. Do you have any knowledge about biochemistry, or did you have this knowledge before having played this game?
