We've taken down CASP8 T0492 Start 3 and Start 4 due to the recent issues with solutions being loaded in the wrong puzzles. We'll repost them tomorrow along with an update that should fix that problem. Sorry for the inconvenience!
I'm afraid I don't understand which proteins you are referring to. The ones I had problems with were T0461 Refinement Start1 and 2 (protein from RS1 loaded into RS2, thereby giving me a much better score on RS2 than the real one would have been). Are you saying that the 461 proteins will be reopened as T0492 start3 and 4?
They added two more puzzles for a short time last night. They apparently had the same problem as the ones you had reported yesterday.
Okay, thanks feet, it helps when things are explained in not so few words :) I assumed all puzzles that once were active would appear on the puzzles list.
