Due to the requests for this feature, we've changed the feedback tracker to be more like other case tracking systems. Anyone may now change the status of an entry, i.e. mark it as open or resolved. So if you are experiencing a bug that has been marked as resolved, you can re-open the entry. Conversely, if you find you submitted an entry in error, you can close it; or if another player tells you a solution to your problem, they can close it for you too.
