any chance of getting a challenge puzzle like this, where an objective is given, such as docking with another protein, and a totally free design to try to accomplish the task ?

I'm not sure if a totally free desing is planned, but docking puzzles are definitely planned, since after all that was one of the stated goals of Foldit – designing drugs to combat diseases. But I don't have a specific timeline for you, I'm afraid.
