It can be interesting to load the AlphaFold prediction and compare successively the original and the prediction, to visualize how backbone move, and how the pocket is preserved or not. In what I have tested in foldit, under 88% similarity, the pocket is not very preserved. Maybe we need to increase similarity objective bonus for ligand binder designs ?
