Neither double-clicking the FoldIt icon in the main folder, nor using the FoldIt command in console are doing anything.

./Foldit in the console should work

Using the above advice, the binary ran, started downloading, then crashed and says the above “Could not load library” error.
I cannot add the symbolic link, as it already exists.

The update triggered the creation of a new binary folder, which I had not seen. Using the ln -s command above in the new location, everything worked.
