Hey everyone, we've just pushed out a bug fix update with the following fixes:
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a number of threading issues that may have been causing sporadic crashes.
- Fixed a crash on switching puzzles to a different size.
- Fixed a hotkey collision.
- Potential fix for previously reported 64-bit mac issues (64-bit release to come at a later date).
- Fixed the window name on Mac to correctly read Foldit instead of game_dynamic.
- Some small updates to the loading tips.
As always, thanks to our devprev users for helping test this out!

Good catch! We're still looking into this, but it seems like it might have been a problem with Windows only.
Can any devprev users on Mac or Linux confirm their Build ID? (You can check your Build ID in Foldit by navigating to Menu -> General Options)

Apologies for the missing Windows build.
This has just been released now to the developer preview, and we'll wait a day or two at least before pushing it out to main, just in case!

Notifications that the application won't run in next MacOS update have kept me from updating my MacOS for several update cycles…I'm running Mojave 1.14.1 and hoping a stable 64 bit is coming soon. Are there any recent beta builds to test?
