Expect fewer Free Modeling (De-novo) and Template-Based Modeling puzzles but many Predicted Contacts puzzles, along with the usual Refinement puzzles. CASP 11 submissions also have a new requirement for per-residue confidence values. Check out the new CASP11 blogpost for all the details!
