I would love it if there were a gallery of completed proteins, in fully 3D so we could view and rotate fully solved puzzles. I think it would help to see how everything has panned out so to speak, if there are already easily accessible models of past proteins solved to view and rotate let me know. thanks
http://swift.cmbi.ru.nl/teach/aainfo/struct.shtml has little animated gif images of the amino acids.
If you click on any of the images there, it zooms in and you can watch the image rotate. I think it would be neat if web pages like http://foldit.wikia.com/wiki/Puzzle_Results http://foldit.wikia.com/wiki/Puzzle_644 http://de.foldit.wikia.com/wiki/CASP10 and http://de.foldit.wikia.com/wiki/T0743 had rotating images like these.
in http://de.foldit.wikia.com/wiki/CASP10, we put the link to the pdb description of the protein as soon as the native is known.
http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/explore.do?pdbId=4fr9 for exemple for the first protein.
In this page, click on "view in 3D" or "kiosk viewer".
For no Casp protein, I put the link in the puzzle page in the wiki like in http://foldit.wikia.com/wiki/Puzzle_634
