Add Building Blocks to Blueprint Tool for loops turning 90 or 120 degrees

Another useful feature for the Blueprint Tool would be to let us make our own custom Building Blocks by selecting a series of residues in our protein. Then we could copy the secondary structure from this part of our protein to other parts of our protein. You can sort of do this by dragging dots on the Rama Map, but in my hands, this doesn't work as well as Building Blocks do.

It would also be helpful if we could select an N-segment Building Block and copy it into a larger M-segment part of our protein, tiling the M-segment region with multiple copies of the N-segment Building Block. If M is not a multiple of N, an incomplete Building Block will be needed for either the low #'d end or the high #'d end of our M-segment region. Perhaps there could be two options for tiling: "fill from low #" or "fill from high #". "Fill from low #" would start at the low #'d end of our M-segment region with a full N-segment Building Block, and at the high #'d end of the M-segment region, it would use only the first few segments of the N-segment Building Block. Similarly, "fill from high #" would start at the high #'d end of our M-segment region with a full N-segment Building Block, and at the low #'d end of the M-segment region, it would use only the last few segments of the N-segment Building Block. Already the Blueprint Tool has something like this for changing large regions of the protein to all helix or all sheet residues. The main difference is that the repeats will now be N-segments long instead of 1-segment long.

It might also be good to let us save our custom Building Blocks from one puzzle for use again in later puzzles.

Thanks again,
Jeff
