I actually like using the Core Existence objective filter quite a lot in all of the puzzles that support it but I'd also love to use it in the puzzles that it doesn't support since it's a great way to see what residues are being considered buried regardless of their hydrophobicity. It's a good complement to the normal exposed bubbles.
