In the tutorials, at least some of the hint balloons bounce up and down, so you have to play whack-a-mole to hit the OK button. Keep the balloons still, and draw attention to them some other way. It's like one of those irritating web pages right now where they tell you to hit the red button, and keep moving it on you.
