The ability to 'break' a bond so that the program won't consider that bond while wiggling. Sometimes I have trouble moving a few segments because some hydrogen bonds that I don't want are holding it in place.
The converse to this would also be useful as I could keep my sheets together by locking bonds while I create, delete and change band strength of bands elsewhere.
