CASP10 results

I think many players will like to have a feedback on CAPs10 from the Baker laboratory.

My observations seeing the results posted by Casp10 and We Fold are mixed:

  • Foldit had some good results on some puzzles and very good on some refinement puzzles,
  • the best solution is not often the best score,
  • foldit is not good on very little proteins

Can we share our point of view and questions in a scientist chat?

I would love to see a summary in the blog, where we could post questions, followed up with a scientist chat.

I'd also like to see more of the scatter plots like you published for TR663, showing how many foldit solutions improved on the starting server model(s).
