It might be helpful for some users if there were either
(a) language specific chat rooms, or
(b) in one chat room, a language flag displayed beside each user name that is online to allow users to find help in their language. You can click on the info icon for the chat window already and see all of the people online - the user community could be grouped and displayed by language, or a language icon could be displayed beside each name.
