many people are not able to participate in the developer chats, due to the times they are able to be held.
Understandably people will feel left out etc.
Is it possible to have a comments section attached to a transcript, so that those unable to "attend" can also impart their ideas, suggestions etc.
It would let them participate in some way at least.
