Yes - I know that this has been feedbacked many times before…

But the current system is getting to be less than worthless…

Read only:
Alphabetical by Capital letters
alphabetical by small letters

Shared:
Alphabetical by Capital letters
alphabetical by small letters

Local:
Alphabetical by Capital letters
alphabetical by small letters

When I want to find a recipe - there are 6 places it could be (unless I remember that it's capitalized or not - then only 3 places :-P)

Also need to try to remember who wrote the recipe (could be anywhere if you I recall that it was tlaloc's or rav's).

There has been an explosion of great new scripts lately, with more being added every day - but many are being unused or underused, because once they are downloaded - we can't find them!

If nothing else - please allow alphabetical by letter without the distinction of capital & small, and get rid of Read only & Local sections - that hurts much more than it helps.

Far better would be a system that allows us to categorize or place in folders ourselves, or at least allow us to sort the order in which they appear.

Yeah, I'll be fixing this in the next couple days. The basic fix should be quick, but I would like to add a way of defining folders, or searching the list of scripts.

Yeah, I'll make the quick fix in the meantime.

I have simple folders for recipes working, but I'm finding that I'm going to be needing to make some large changes to the cookbook for everything to fit together nicely (ideally this should fix a whole bunch of the existing problems, but it's going to need a good deal of testing before it's ready for release).

Oh this is great, in the time when the cookbook is still chaotic i suggest to all the people to open the recipe and rename it and put a category in front of it like (LWS) or (quake).

After a long delay, this is in and ready for next release. You can create dividers in the cookbook (calling them "folders" in a game called "foldit" seemed like it would get confusing…) and cut and paste recipes around between them.
