Dark Background: Other color for outlines and pulse

On dark background at activated "View: Show outlines", the outlines are black (as they are with white background). To see the outlines on dark background better, grey (light grey?) color for the outlines are suggested.

On dark background at activated "View: Pulse when working", the pulse looks weird. On white background the pulse gets darker.
Suggestion: On black background the pulse should get lighter (instead of darker).

For the outline, you can modify your theme.txt and change "protein/color/geom_outline" to whatever you want.

As for the pulse color, I'm adding a value for this in the theme.txt file. It should go out with the next version. It will be "protein/color/pulse_working_color".
