DEVPREV - intro puzzle Make Five Bonds - no "red text" in condition

In Make Five Bonds, the popup says:

Red text means we have not yet met the condition requirements in the design.

There is no red text visible in the current version of the conditions box.

The popups for this puzzle are a little wordy in general. Something like this might be easier:

Conditions shown in red need work.
