Efficiently create helix (and sheet) structures - super strighten on the tweak menu

On the puzzles where we are given a straight sequence like 186 it would be handy to be able to mark a helix segment and then have an option on the tweak menu to have a "super straighten". This would make the sequence assume the helix shape in one shot. Right now, trying to get inner loops to coil properly is a real pain. On 186 I've been only able to get a couple to coil reasonably.

I've tried:

1) Straightening the loops directly and that is either painfully slow or practically impossible
2) Marking the entire sequence as a loop and then coiling that. The problem is then uncoiling the non-loop structures.
a. Uncoiling via pulling the ends is slow and only partially effective
b. Uncoiling via straightening the sheets is also slow and only slightly less cumbersome than #1

If the bands would also snap to the Guide, you could easily create Helixes with "rebuild" by setting the bands to the position of the sidechains.

Right now, part of the problem is that the default constraint–that the ends of a structure must be fixed–can prevent the "straighten" function from idealizing a structure all the way. Usually, this occurs when the loops connected to the secondary structure isn't long enough. A possible solution to this is to add the option of straightening a structure with one or two ends being flexible as well (this could also be useful in rebuilds), as sometimes the need to straighten the structure is more important than avoiding the side effect of moving the rest of the structure.

Cut points have resolved this now, without a 'super straighten tool' closed
