Electron Density Panel & Tools rectangle around them

Some cosmetics:

  1. The Electron Density Panel (S+E) should not be greyed out while running other tools/cookbook-recipes - it
    should be then always available.

  2. Moving ED-Radius slider to fully left side => 0.00 should eliminate the density cloud completely -
    now it is appearing like it would be moved to 1.00 (fully right side)!

  3. Around all the tools on the bottom, there should be another rectangular square around them, because
    the empty space on the upper right of these tools is not available i.a. for moving the protein around.
