Wouldn't it be great, if it is possible, to play the foldit game while it is hosted on a cloud server that my smartphone could interface with?

He got a -1, but moving all the computation onto the cloud would get around the power issues and the rosetta compiling issues that come up the previous times its been requested. So keep that in mind if foldit ever does make it to the cloud.
