Forum Format: Missing Title in display

Problem:
When viewing a forum entry the title is not included in the header.

Solution:
Include the Title in the header info

I mean the Feedback listing does not include the title at the top, only at the bottom. For long messages the title can not be seen as one read the post.

No, anjen, you haven't. As you know, there is a public record of everything that was suggested, and you haven't made any such suggestion.
