Global rubber band disable

Please add a Global rubber band disable function to preserve the rubber bands connections but allow all the rubber bands to be disabled simultaneously.

Eventually I'd like to revamp the way tools are available in Foldit into a more flexible and game-like inventory system. I think that would be a good opportunity to add such a feature.

I wouldn't add it now, though, just because the interface is already so cluttered (and there are more urgent issues to attend to). But hopefully we can add it sooner than later.
