high precision loop tweaking

would it be possible to for individual loop segments to have a tweak option so you can set between 2 and 4 points on the segment and then edit them on xy and z axis's, as getting more involved with the shape is difficult just tugging a segment near to the shape i want when getting close to the native shape,

perhaps the interface focuses on that segment when using the tool, showing only outlines of the nearby segments,

also a rotate option for loops would be kindly appreciated,

i mean to rotate a single segment, in platypus venom for example i have a single segment in the middle of the tail that is about 40 degrees out, while the rest of the tail is correct, and even as a helix i cannot rotate only that one piece

So far I've been too lazy to do as Crashguard suggests and move segments between loop and sheet so I can rotate loops as desired. None the less there are times I've thought about doing so. I wonder if the reality of moving backbones in real life are dictating game parameters or not. I'm sure there are certain things that can't be done in real life using current technology but add to the game with minimal impact on results. Does anyone know the extent the molecules can be tweeked in real life and if there is something special about loops as opposed to sheets and helixes?

@Ryanfav:
Do it this way:

Use new (selection) interface.
Freeze all segments.
Unfreeze the one you want to rotate, and one segment segment behind and before.
Now, only 3 segments should be not frozen.
Change the segment you want to rotate to helix, and double-click it.

Then, rotation arrows should appear.
