Hi
are you planning to implement the idealization tool that makes Alpha, Beta, E, G for one segment at any time?
now version, to rebuild as differently shaped Loop myself:
cut end of Loop and change secondary structure segment by one segment, use idealizing for seek best possible shape.
to make E and G, change residue to glycine and point drag with Ramachan (Green or Yellow area).
i think it would be convenient to access in Lua script functions.
unless it happens, i may have to tinker with other 3D engines or creating model in real world. XD
