Keyboard Shortcut Customization

It would be extremely convenient if Foldit allowed me to change the keyboard shortcut mappings for the most basic shortcuts that allow me to navigate the 3D scene.

I work all day in 3D software that use industry-standard keyboard mappings (Autodesk Maya), and then when I come home to Foldit it takes me 15 minutes to get the feel for the Foldit shortcuts every time. It would be much easier if I just had access to the keyboard mappings. A text configuration file would be fine.

As workaround as long as we can't define our own keys, how about using AutoHotkey to replace keboard shortcuts?
