The only thing I can see that would explain it is that the prior devprev ( the one you abruptly removed ) had the issue also and was LOCKED to HIGH power while I had MY SETTINGS for LOW power. Don't know if that was the case and can't check now.

Final thoughts: likely I over-used a bander/rebuilder while in low power on previous devprev. it would appear that low power can be over-played to the extent that even glycine hinges and acid tweakers can no longer generate points in MED and HIGH power. Definitely one I had never seen before.
