Level 3-5: First tooltip shows too briefly.

It just flashes by, too fast for me to read. I had to start the level three times to be able to read it in time!

Are you referring to the Popup Text Bubbles that tell you what to do for that level?
If so, every Tutorial level I've played (and I just played through about 6 new ones that were added since I last played in 2016) those Text Bubbles all are able to be re-shown at any time by clicking the bubble in the Top-Right corner of the screen. It says something like "Start the guide over?".
