Playing around with the clashing importance can (as some scripts prove) increase the score.
Often, it is helpful to lower it, allowing the segments to find new bonds and then rise it again to improve the new bondings.
As many players will have noticed, that a too low CI will ruin the whole puzzle, which makes experimenting with low CI values very hard. You need a fast reaction, and even a fast PC.
So, my idea is to implement a "logarithmic" checkbox,
or another sliders for the logarithmic exponent (so setting it to 1 would give normal behaviour) and a factor slider into the "behavior" tab.
Moreover, the hydrogen bonds play a keyrole in the puzzles.
It would be very helpful to automatically apply bands to bondings by clicking them, or some other action is the "a haydrogen bond" text appears, so they bonds can easily be maintained by bands for ther further process.
Plus, it would be nice to make bonds better visible, if they are overlayed by bands.
