Maybe use relative scoring on the multi-start puzzles

If the goal of the multi-start puzzles is to search each of the starting conformations thoroughly then you may want to handicap the lower starting conformations and use a relative scoring scheme. Right now a lot of folks run for the highest starter and go from there. It make sense the way things are set up now.

More easy would be launching each start-state as single puzzle.
