movable guide

Would be nice to be able to move the guide and put it next too the protein, or put it in a seperate window.
would alse be nice to be able to align the guide to a part of the protein that is frozen.

It is possible. Switch to selection interface, select area and press "A" to align guide to selected area. 3 segments at least afir.

Changing to "resolved".
