Record Macro function, so those of us who can't/don't program can create scripts, simply by "doing".

Bump for:
structure.IsLocked(integer segmentIndex[, backbone, sidechains]).

This would be nice in order to save CPU time.

Maybe a LUA function to get the newly added shape complementarity (SC) score.

And/or the other new metrics (SASA, DDG)

getSC();
getSASA();
getDDG();

Recipes could try to optimize these metrics
