Rama perfect scoring

The puzzles are close to being rama perfect.
Then I band the puzzle and move the dots to make it perfect.
Then the score is hundreds lower, so I run the usual shake and wiggle.
Then it rarely gets back to the high score?
Maybe points should be given for perfect rama.

Be sure to read the blog post about using the blueprint tool - it sounds like you may be having trouble with the blueprint constraints (which need to be removed once the protein is stable, in order to get the highest score possible).
