Inspired by steveB,
A little submenu in "View" tab with checkboxes to disregard all visual information on particular scores so that only the selected scoring is coloured relatively would be handy, methinks.
Think of design puzzles where u can turn off sidechain relative scoring so that only backbone score counts towards the colouration, or ED where u can turn off everything except "Other" so relative scoring (which is now kinda useless) only shows how well ur structure fits the cloud. On 713 u could turn off all scoring except sidechain, etc..
It is pretty easy to write a script that shows the bad scoring parts as a selection. I have written one, will share it tomorrow.
Thanks Timo, that seems handy indeed. Maybe if it were combined with "Report Score Parts" ? :p
I'm also trying to learn a little LUA atm so that'll be helpful as well. =)
Good to see this being assigned, it would be great to be able to visualize parts of scoring on the structure; relative scoring display that only shows what u want.
I still think it would be a handy feature, the recipe is good but not exactly what I'm after.

Bump, 'cause y'know, ED and Design. I'd like relative backbone score only colouring. I could track down parts for rebuild in a glance instead of hitting tab on segments. Would've been perfect for the handfold ED.
