Remove the wordfilter

The purpose of the profanity filter is to prevent new people who are either unaware or don't care about the chat guidelines from exposing #global to profanity. Making an opt-in adult chat room would do nothing to help with this. These people would still be accidentally (or not so accidentally) using profanity in #global before even having heard about the room.

Probably the better solution is to have an option to turn off the profanity filter in the game's options. This way people who are willing to be potentially exposed to profanity can disable the filter. Troublemakers would only be exposing these people to the profanity.

Science and the game should be talked about in chat, not (for the most part) other chat. A little is ok, but we are here to fold and to help other folders out.

I've added an entry in the options file that will allow you to disable the chat filter. It will be on by default. It should get pushed out in the next devprev release.
