Here's my suggestion to improve foldit:

When I open any new windows (Help, Undo, View option, Behavier Option, Cookbook - Menu)
then this new window should appear on top of the other already opened windows.

The Running recipe window should not cover the left sidebar window (Help, Undo, View option, Behavier Option, Cookbook - Menues) otherwise I can't check on Undo Menu how the progress is of the puzzle points.

When soon as a part of the puzzle is selected, then it's not to see anymore
what sidechains color (red / blue) there is.
Can we change the selected-color somehow to more clear versions?

How to freeze backbone only without sidechains?

Behavier View Option: at Start of an instance of foldit, it should load always last used Behavier View file - None is not a good option.

There are also LUA commands to freeze/unfreeze
backbones & sidechains separately.

Regarding (6), do you have a list of the functionality you can't find anymore? (That would help figuring out what we might have missed, or how we might better advertise the new location.)
For (10), are there particular windows/icons that it would be particularly useful to reposition?
Regarding (6) - freeze backbone only, idealize a sheet with function idealize helix,
(10) Let us click and drag to reposition the box that lists
what recipe is running (it has the buttons Cancel and Show
Output on it) and the vertical bar with icons from top to
bottom: (?) for help, a curved arrow for undo, an eye for
view options, 3 gears for behavior, and a chef hat for
the cookbook.
