I cannot select the ligand as a whole to reposition it relative to other parts of the protein. I cannot rotate and move the protein instead as it is frozen.
That is what you get with a new interface where you have to select AND press '3' to start moving it. In the classic interface selecting it would allow you to move it immediately. Motor memory and such, a very very important aspect of UI design.
