Set your own structure if you disagree with the start position?

We have the Reset Structures button. But what if we disagree with the 'baseline' structure? Why not have a Set Structure function? If I rewrite the structure, I have to rely that it scores well and will reappear with the Restore Very Best function. Or else I have to redefine by hand, and turn it into a recipe when I get tired of doing it over and over and over…
