Show bondable atoms even when existing bonds are not shown.

To increase performance (and reduce graphic glitches),
I often turn off showing existing bonds (those white-blue, drilling lines).
I noticed that when I do so, that even those atoms, which don't have an actual bond are not shown anymore, too.
My suggestion is to make bondable atoms visible, even if existing bonds are not shown.
This would make it easier to find them, by hiding all other.

P.S.: Or maybe an option to turn the blue-white-animated bond-lines to an unobtrusive, non-animated line.

I like this last idea, but then for all animated features, bonds, clashes and voids. Maybe that way we can get rid of the waiting periode going from minimized to maximized when voids are on.
