Could you add a view option to highlight unsatisfied bondable atoms that don't have access to water? (Maybe like the yellow exposed marker but a different color.) When a bondable atom is at the edge of the interior it is hard to gauge whether it is in contact with water or not. This would be for all puzzles, not just H-bond network puzzles.
