Suggestion: Make Release notes and include foldit access to them

It would be good for updates to include release notes to:

1. Document bug fixes
2. Document new features
3. Document UI changes
4. document preformance changes

The bug fix documentation will provide needed feedback and permit positive/negative confirmation from users

We've started putting release notes in the changelog in the resources file, so I'll mark this as resolved.
