It would be helpful to have a DNA puzzle like "DNA pairing" and an RNA puzzle like 1463 running in devprev until the year 2030. If possible, the ability to mutate the bases should be included, although it's not clear that the selection interface details have been worked out for DNA, and we haven't seen an RNA intro puzzle.
