Loading the results of others is a good first step, but it would be nice if we had, first, a way to remove the guide image when we were done, and second, making the guide image "snap to fit". That way you would have to make the movements to make your model to match the guide. That is a fair way because it might take you a while to do that, at least, in my opinion. I hope you understand what I mean by "snap to fit". It's sort of like the gravity wells that are used with the rubberbands that make them jump to, sometimes unexpected, places during a movement.
Could you please clarify your suggestion?
so why is it being presented as though it were new or open?
The guide has an align function that was implemented quite a while ago, likely in response to this suggestion.
The guide can also be turned off.
I'm curious why the feedback tracker is being flooded by admin with a bevy of essentially "ancient" issues that have been implemented or otherwise dismissed at earlier stages officially (via forum traffic) and unofficially via admin and other developer statements in chat, then marking them as open issues.
"Waiting" for what?
Periodically, I process a batch of old issues that were not formally resolved. I did not know that the guide had an align function, hence the Waiting tag. I am closing the issue now.
So you mean, the bonds should also snap to the guide, not only the current structure?
I would like it!
