Tutorial is needed for Cutpoint puzzles

We really need a tutorial in the use of the "cutpoints". I don't see how puzzle 500 itself is educational. But, perhaps, I'm just missing something?

Good idea.
Cutpoint puzzle allow to move cutted parts (using move tool) w/o disturbing rest of protein.
