The turn can take count about be hydrophobic part, hydrogen bound…
One of the solution can be a new Wiggle for only turns, and a slidebar with a factor for each condition :
a slide part for hydrophobic, one for hydrogen…
Sometime we want to refine only hydrophobic, and have to test a lot of turn operations, and start a wiggle.
