Description

This contact map puzzle is based on the same CASP11 target as Puzzle 963, now with a relaxed distance threshold for contacts. Contacts are scored with the Contact Map filter in this puzzle, and there is an upper limit of 4550 possible points from the filter. Players may not load in solutions from Puzzle 963, but they may load in solutions from the original Puzzle 988.

I had to change my client to devprev and took the new update. It loads fine. But, my evo score still doesn't show up on the foldit site. Had too many problem and haven't started solo yet.

The latest client update should allow everyone to open the puzzle.

The expiration date of this puzzle has been extended to October 2 so that everyone has a chance to load in their work from the original puzzle 988!
