Description

It's been a while since our last hand-folding challenge! In this de-novo freestyle puzzle, only GUI scripts are allowed and sharing has been disabled. After this puzzle expires, the puzzle will be reposted with LUA scripts and sharing enabled. The secondary structure predictions are provided on the starting model, with more details posted in the puzzle comments.

I don't seem to have any SS predictions….or any idea what to do given some of these sequences. We need a hand fold puzzle for first timers. Totally lost

there was NO SS the first time I opened this. a little overwhelming and large for a novice… Still would like a first timer only puzzle for those of us who have never hand folded. A little smaller to be managable

Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server:

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

I tried to share a version of this puzzles with my group. I could not. I noticed that there is no other shared versions of this puzzle for my group. There is no "Top evolvers" for this puzzle.

Hand folding round allows no sharing.
There will be a second round with scripts and sharing allowed.
If you want, you can share a picture to your group trough group chat.
